The Premier's Reading Challenge (PRC) is an annual state-wide initiative for Prep to Year 9 students in Queensland . The PRC aims to improve literacy and encourage children to read for pleasure and learning. Every time students read a book for school or pleasure, they can document it on the form (at the link below) to be eligible for a certificate and prizes.
CSDE strongly encourages all students to participate in this challenge.😊
The challenge is open now and runs through to the 25 August 2023. Parents/Carers need to sign the permission form at the bottom of the Individual Reading Record (form) before submitting to your English teacher in August.
